
Béatrice Pola
Béatrice Pola is a partner within the French & EU Employment Group. She advises major French groups in the automotive, financial services and housing sectors, assisting them in all aspects of employment law, particularly in the context of restructuring and reorganization. She is also a litigation specialist and regularly represents her clients before employment and common-law courts on collective and individual cases, notably in cases relating to discrimination, harassment and breach of contract, whether individual, collective or negotiated. She has acquired strong expertise in temporary employment and staff representative elections.
A regular speaker at many conferences, Béatrice also organizes training sessions, HR professionals, as well as clients. She leads meetings with expert panels on sensitive employment topics and is interviewed on FranceinfoTv. She also appears as an expert for Elegia Formation, a partner of Les Editions Législatives.
For the past 7 years, with Les Editions Législatives, Béatrice has moderated the “HR Circle” (Cercle RH), a breakfast panel in which the heads of HR and employment of major French and international groups discuss jurisprudence and current issues.
